Tom Farley is President of the NYSE Group, which includes the New York Stock Exchange and a diverse range of equity and equity options exchanges, all wholly owned subsidiaries of Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE/ICE). Mr. Farley joined the NYSE when ICE acquired NYSE Euronext in 2013, serving as Chief Operating Officer. Intercontinental Exchange
Jerry Perullo has led the Information Security program at Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE:ICE) since 2001. As Chief Information Security Officer, he is responsible for the security of ICE’s heavily regulated exchanges and clearinghouses, including the New York Stock Exchange.
Mr. Perullo is an active participant in the Financial Services Sector Coordinating Council (FSSCC) and Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC), where he serves as Chair of the Clearinghouse and Exchange Forum (CHEF). He also co-founded the Global Exchange Cyber Security (GLEX) working group under the World Federation of Exchanges and serves on several industry and customer advisory boards within the cybersecurity industry.
Prior to ICE, Mr. Perullo was a Principal Consultant at Digital Consulting and Software Services providing information security testing and consulting services to the health-care, energy, and data service industries and built an Internet Service Provider in the mid 1990s.

Scott Kannry is the Chief Executive Officer of Axio Global. David W. White is a founder and Chief Knowledge Officer at Axio Global. Prior to his time at the FCC, Mr. Ruckman spent five years as an Assistant Attorney General at the Maryland Attorney General’s office, where he was the first Director of the office’s Internet Privacy Unit. The Unit played a leading role in several multistate investigations into practices that threatened consumers’ online privacy and security, including the largest privacy settlement in AG history. Mr. Ruckman is a graduate of Yale Law School and Yale Divinity School.
Tihomir Yankov is an associate in the Washington, DC, office of BuckleySandler LLP. Mr. Yankov represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including class actions and complex civil litigation, as well as government enforcement matters. Ernie Anderson, a Principal with Booz Allen, has thirteen years of experience in Information Technology (IT) and has established himself as an Information Security (IS) expert across several industries in both private and public sectors. For the past six years, Mr. Anderson has been focused on the financial services, telecommunications, and automotive industries. Jacqueline Cooney is a Lead Associate and an attorney at Booz Allen with over 20 years of experience in privacy, governance, risk, compliance, and public policy. Ms. Cooney provides privacy and compliance analysis support as well as assisting on tasks related to cyber security, regulatory compliance, and Safe Harbor certifications. Andrew Smallwood is a Lead Associate in the TalentInsight platform of the Predictive Intelligence organization within Booz Allen Hamilton’s Strategic Innovations Group.
